🚀Arab Health Exhibition🚀 – one word description: UNIQUE!😱 Imagine, $̳ ̳7̳8̳0̳ ̳B̳n̳ within the #DIGITALhealthcare market by 2030 – and now you say it has nothing to do with #digitalization and #AI! The #uae market will grow 25% in the next 5 years. Doesn’t that sound promising to you? Maybe you will be excited by the size of the global datasphere: 1̳7̳5̳ ̳B̳n̳ ̳t̳e̳r̳a̳b̳y̳t̳e̳s̳ ̳b̳y̳ ̳2̳0̳2̳5̳! But let's put the numbers aside - the startup pitches began with #femtech👩 (yes, that buzzword should be remembered!) – from a first-of-its-kind portable #mammography device, to thermal analysis of #breastcancer to a wearable #incubator and Lego-based #breastfeeding spot. Also featured were a handy device to battle #diabeticfoot and physical patient replicas for personalized #surgery training (really similar to real❤️organs!). What about AI? AI can help explain to patients how medicine works, and it was shown how AI will help prevent and diagnose potential heart attacks early (goodbye troponine detection standard?). Finally, I saw the FIRST digital AI #stethoscope (yes!) that uses sound analysis👂to provide information about lung and heart health. In addition, there was a hot discussion about the benefits of #chatgpt - of course, who hasn't tried this AI yet?


I was also pleased to connect with

❗️Przemyslaw Korzeniowski, PhD, CEO of KRN Labs - a revolutionary #VRsimulator for robotic and laparoscopic surgery training that was featured in FORBES magazine last year.

❗️Frederick Pouders, CEO of Watcherr, gave me a lively demonstration, how an AI-based incredible #monitoringsystem helps to detect irregular (health) patterns, predict, report and mitigate emergencies in nursing homes, hospitals and people's homes.

❗️MCOMS, represented by Pantelis Kasimatis & Dimitris Petinos, who explained to me how a smart patient engagement solution optimizes the #healthcare experience, engages and educates patients, and reduces caregiver workload.


☝️ 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧? Yes, CEOs were spending their time on sales (and marketing!) instead of investing their time and energy in talking to investors and driving the vision and direction of the company.
